Terms of Use

• Age Requirement: To use Yambi, you must be at least 16 years old.
• Parental Control: Users under 16 must be supervised by a parent or guardian. It is the parent's responsibility to monitor the content shared by their children.

2. Gender Identification

• Available Options: When registering, you must specify your gender, limited to the following choices: male or female.
• Inclusivity: This approach aims to simplify the user experience while respecting community standards.

Usage Rules

1. Accepted Content

• Types of Content:
  • Educational: Sharing articles, tutorials, and other informative resources.
  • Entertainment: Humorous content, memes, and entertaining anecdotes.
  • Creative: Sharing artwork, music, and original creations.

2. Prohibited Content

• Strict Rules:
  • Pornographic Content: No explicit sexual images, videos, or materials are allowed.
  • Violence: Sharing content depicting violent acts, wars, or torture scenes is prohibited.
  • Hate Speech: Content inciting violence or promoting discriminatory behavior is not tolerated.
• Sanctions:
  • Accounts associated with inappropriate content will be immediately suspended or deleted. Affected users will not be able to restore their accounts.

User Responsibilities

1. Providing Accurate Information

• Data Accuracy: Users must provide correct personal information, including their name, phone number, and other required details.
• Updating Information: Users are responsible for keeping their information up to date to avoid confusion or communication issues.

2. Data Privacy

• Information Security: All collected data remains confidential and will not be shared without consent, except in legal investigations.
• Limited Sharing: Data will only be shared with third parties if necessary for platform security or to comply with the law.

Limitation of Liability

• Technical Team: Yambi has a competent technical team to maintain the platform.
• Risk of Failure: Despite our efforts, technical errors may occur. Users should understand that issues may arise and we encourage them to report any problems.
• Reporting Procedure: In case of an issue, users should use the "Contact Us" option in the app or contact our team at contact@yambi.pro with the subject "Report a Bug."

Intellectual Property

1. Yambi Exclusivity

• Development: Yambi is an application protected by copyright and can only be modified or updated by the authorized development team.
• Legal Action: If another team or entity attempts to develop, modify, or distribute Yambi without explicit permission, severe legal actions will be taken against the individuals or organizations involved.

2. Improvement Suggestions

• Users can submit improvement suggestions via the "Contact Us" option in the app settings.

3. Data Management

• User Control: Users have control over their data, including business and discussion-related information.
• Critical Identifiers: Phone numbers and identifiers associated with businesses and points of sale are permanent. Any changes to phone numbers require a special procedure in the Settings > Change Phone Number tab.

• Business Creation: Users can create their business and manage points of sale.

• Trusted Partners: Yambi may share data with partners to improve services, but only after explicit user consent.
